Situated just two kilometers from the historical Bandarawela Town, and in a quite and secluded surrounding, The Dell Bungalow is an ideal place to set base and explore the attractions within and close proximity to Bandarawela.  The bungalow which has five bedrooms with attached bathrooms also has a large size garden area below.

NOTE: Maximum number of children less than 7 years permitted is limited to 3 who will NOT be counted as part of the total guests and will share parent’s facilities.

The bungalow has five double rooms with attached bathrooms. Three of these rooms are family rooms wherein up to 3 children can be accommodated. Guests are provided with blankets and towels and basic cooking gas is provided free of charge.

Rest of the bungalow contains a dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen that is managed by a resident cook/caretaker.

Services
The Property is serviced by resident caretaker cum cook and also has a general helper. Guests are advised to bring in their provisions for meals and liaise with the cook as to the required preparations. Alternatively, guests can procure almost all provisions from the main Bandarawela Town.

Guests could undertake to visit the nearby attractions that include, Dowa Rock Temple, Adisham Bungalow, Bogoda Wooden Bridge, Lipton Seat along with visits to some of the famous water falls of Sri Lanka, including, Dunhinda, Diyaluma and  Rawana Falls and a visit to the famous Hortain Plains, which about 30KM can be made whilst on holiday.

One could also undertake to visit Udawalwe National Park, which was created to provide a sanctuary for wild animals displaced by the construction of the Udawalawe reservoir on the Walawe River, as well as to protect the catchment of the reservoir. The reserve covers 30,821 hectares (119.00 sq mi) of land area and the park is very famous for the Elephants (Elephas maximus).
